Residents from a street in Burnley were evacuated from their homes yesterday after a car was set on fire.

The blaze is believed to be an arson attack.

One resident was forced to leave their property and four others were ordered to evacuate a neighbouring property.

An eye witness said, "The police attended and seemed to think it was a suspicious and deliberate fire."
