A car crash in a busy part of Burnley has caused major disruption to the rush-hour traffic.
The accident, which happened on Friday 6th January 2012 forced police to shut a road near to junction 11 of the M63 at around 3pm.
Commuter, and rush-hour traffic was brought to a standstill while the debris was cleaned up.
A Land Rover Freelander and Vauxhall Zafira were the only two cars involved.
Paramedics treated a man and a woman at the scene but there were no serious injuries reported.
